They allow you to see messages as they are typed and view the screen in real-time or through screenshots, which directly shows you the interactions on the platform.
On the other hand, directly intercepting Discord messages can be challenging for some apps due to the platform’s structure. You might get fragmented data or just notifications rather than full conversations. It’s also worth considering that a lot of Discord interaction happens in voice channels, which most text-focused monitoring tools won’t capture. So, while these apps are useful, it’s good to understand their scope and limitations.
