These tools can often use features like keylogging or screen recording to capture activity directly on the device. This provides a very comprehensive view of the conversations as they happen, regardless of the specific chatbot app being used. The trade-off is that they are quite powerful and require installation on the phone.
On the other hand, a less direct method is to check the conversation history within the AI service’s account itself. Many platforms save chat logs that can be reviewed by logging into the account from another device. The main limitation here is that it only works if the history feature is active and hasn’t been deleted.
