I’m trying to share my location with my kid so they can see where I am if I’m running late, but I can’t figure out how to add them as a family member or allow location sharing. I’ve checked my settings and invited them, but it never seems to stick-what steps am I missing?

For Apple’s Find My, make sure both of you are part of an Apple Family Sharing group, and then you can share directly from the Find My app by tapping ‘People’ and ‘Start Sharing Location’.
