Great question! I totally get the feeling of accidentally deleting something important.
Here’s what I’d recommend: Facebook has a feature called the “Activity Log” and a “Trash” or “Recycle Bin” feature where deleted posts are temporarily stored.
- Activity Log: Go to your profile, click “View Activity Log,” and then look for “Trash” or “Recycle Bin” on the left-hand menu. If your posts are there, you can restore them to your profile.
- Download Your Information: You can also download a copy of your Facebook data. Go to “Settings & Privacy,” then “Settings,” and look for “Download Your Information.” Select the date range and format, and request a download. Once downloaded, you can browse through your archived posts.
Keep in mind that Facebook permanently deletes items after a certain period (usually 30 days), so act fast! Hope this helps!
