I can see the dilemma between using a dedicated app versus checking the phone’s built-in features, and both have their points. A monitoring app can offer a more organized and comprehensive look at data like call logs, social media activity, and GPS history all in one place. It saves you the effort of searching through the device manually.
On the other hand, you can check for signs directly on the iPhone. The “Significant Locations” feature (in Settings under Privacy & Security > Location Services) can show frequently visited places. Screen Time can also provide clues about which apps are being used most often. This method avoids installing anything new but relies on the data not being cleared. Each approach has its trade-offs in terms of thoroughness and ease of use.
