  • Proof on Android 13/14: real screenshots/video of call + SMS logs.
  • Requires default SMS role + Call Log permission? If not, it’s marketing smoke.
  • iOS: anyone claiming call/SMS logs without iCloud backup or jailbreak is selling fantasy.
  • RCS: can it distinguish SMS vs RCS in Google Messages? Most can’t.
  • Play Store vs sideload: what’s missing in Play due to Google policy? Ask for a feature matrix.
  • Battery/detection: 24/7 accessibility services will drain and be noticeable.
  • Data path: local vs cloud, export/delete controls, breach history.
  • Trial/refund and actual support SLAs.

Also use carrier account logs as a baseline sanity check. Got vendors that can tick these boxes with current OS versions?
